About

Hi, I'm Matthew Becknell.

Student, builder, and hands-on learner focused on programming, cybersecurity, Linux, and modern systems.

About me

Hi, I'm Matthew. I'm currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology with a focus on programming. I enjoy building software, exploring cybersecurity, working with Linux, and learning how modern systems operate behind the scenes. Most of my projects are hands-on and focused on helping me grow as a developer while solving real-world problems. I'm always looking for opportunities to learn new technologies, improve my skills, and take on new challenges.

How I approach a project

  1. Choose a useful problem or idea to work on.
  2. Plan the main pages or features needed.
  3. Build a basic working version first.
  4. Test the project and correct problems I find.
  5. Write down what I learned and what I want to improve next.
